Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully. By joining the THOTL™ waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Waitlist & Referral Program
No Guarantee of Access: Signup for the waitlist constitutes an expression of interest. It does not create a contract for service or guarantee that you will be granted access to the THOTL™ platform.
Rank Attribution: Your rank is determined by a combination of signup time and verified referrals. We reserve the right to change the 'Rank Bump' values (for example, 50 positions) without prior notice.
Anti-Fraud Policy: Any attempt to artificially inflate your rank through botting, scripts, temporary email addresses, or self-referrals is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban your email and IP from the waitlist if fraud is detected.
Founding Tier Status
The Founding Tier (defined as users in the Top 100) is a conditional status.
Benefits such as lifetime fee waivers or profile badges are only activated upon the successful public launch of the application and are subject to the user creating a full account.
Founding Status is non-transferable and has no cash value.
Intellectual Property
The THOTL™ name, logos, and website content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our brand without express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE WAITLIST AND PRE-LAUNCH SERVICES ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE.' THOTL™ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THOTL™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $10.00 USD.
Dispute Resolution (Arbitration Clause)
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be settled through binding arbitration in [Your City, Your State], rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
